About Press Prospects
Press Prospects is a new business. We find local companies with a dated public reason to buy print and email them for commercial printers, under the printer's own rep's name. Your rep still quotes and closes. John, the owner, sends our emails. Press Prospects is a service of Internet Physics, Inc. Write to us at hello@pressprospects.com.
FAQ
- You're new. Why should I trust you?
- Judge us on your own trigger list: every company on it has a date and a source link you can open. Nothing goes out in your name until you order and approve the template once. Each campaign is covered by The First-Request Guarantee.
- What do you need from me?
- For the trigger list, nothing. Before an order, you confirm by email your services, minimum job and area. When you order, you authorise sending domains and mailboxes in your company's name. You also send the rep's name, signature and inbox address and your postal address. In week one you approve the email template once.
- Do you touch our main email domain or our systems?
- No. We do not access your CRM, accounting or order records, or your main email domain. We send from new domains registered in your company's name, and they stay yours.
- How does billing work?
- A campaign is invoiced once by email when it ends, for the prospects emailed. You can stop it by email at any time; prospects already emailed are invoiced. A campaign does not renew. The monthly programme is invoiced at the end of each month and runs month to month until you cancel by email before the next month. Work then stops at the end of the current month.
- What else protects me on price?
- Pay-Only-For-Prospects-Emailed: companies skipped because the address fails verification or the draft fails our checks are not charged. The Bounced-Email Strike-Off: a prospect whose first email hard-bounces is struck from the invoice. The Same-Day Handoff Clause: a request not forwarded the same business day earns a credit of 20 prospects' price, at most six credits. Full wording is on our guarantee page.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes. Ask, and we first offer the amount once as credit toward a redo or another of our offers. If you still want it, we refund what you paid.
- What does a trigger tell me?
- A trigger marks weeks in which a company may re-source print. Whether its print need is still open is not visible from public pages. You judge each company's fit and your minimum job.
- What don't you cover?
- No paid ads, website, SEO, content or social media. No email is sent in your name before you order and approve the template.
